ECA don’t sell cheap screws. However this is our basic single course thread wood screw. Solo screws are the lowest price we can offer. For a more efficient install and more effective strength use Evergrip or C2 Multi Purpose cutter screws.
Delivery Methods
We use Parcelforce for the majority of our deliveries. We aim to despatch 'IN STOCK' orders from our Coventry branch by 4pm using Pareclforce Express 24 delivery service which means your order should arrive next working day. Please note if your product is in stock at one of our other branches (Not Coventry) then these orders may take 2-5 days for delivery. Delivery is FREE on orders over 75.00 ex VAT.
We currently only deliver to Mainland UK, excluding Highands and Islands. A signature is required for all deliveries.
Where an item has an extended delivery time, this will be clear on the individual product page Parcelforce will let you know either by SMS or email that they have your parcel and will also give you an approximate time of delivery. Not going to be in? No problem. You will be able to reply to the Parcelforce notification where you can change delivery date, deliver to a neighbour or take to your local post office for collection. A single thread woodscrew mainly used in various types of timber and man-made boards or into masonry with the use of a plastic plug.
• Double countersunk reduces the likelihood of head shear and assists completion of countersinking
• Wax lubricated to enhance screw insertion time, extra driving torque and resistance to corrosion
• 40° deep single thread to provide a secure fixing with high pull-out resistance
• 25° sharp point and single lead for a fast start and improved thread acceptance
• All sizes up to and including 75mm are fully threaded and lengths 80mm and above all have 70mm thread length
