Delivery Methods

We use Parcelforce for the majority of our deliveries. We aim to despatch 'IN STOCK' orders from our Coventry branch by 4pm using Pareclforce Express 24 delivery service which means your order should arrive next working day. Please note if your product is in stock at one of our other branches (Not Coventry) then these orders may take 2-5 days for delivery. Delivery is FREE on orders over 75.00 ex VAT.

We currently only deliver to Mainland UK, excluding Highands and Islands. A signature is required for all deliveries.

Where an item has an extended delivery time, this will be clear on the individual product page Parcelforce will let you know either by SMS or email that they have your parcel and will also give you an approximate time of delivery. Not going to be in? No problem. You will be able to reply to the Parcelforce notification where you can change delivery date, deliver to a neighbour or take to your local post office for collection. If it is not possible to dispatch your order within the allotted time period or if for any reason it is not possible to fulfil your order we will inform you by email.

Milwaukee tools come with a standard 12 month warranty from date of purchase.

Milwaukee offer an extended warranty when the tools* are registered within 28 days of purchase.

In the unlikely event that your Milwaukee tool develops a fault which is due to defective workmanship or materials,

This warranty does not apply when

Repairs have been made or attempted by unauthorised repairers.

Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear.

The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained.

Alterations have been made to the tool.

Please note you will be required to provide proof of purchase.
