Delivery Methods
We use Parcelforce for the majority of our deliveries. We aim to despatch 'IN STOCK' orders from our Coventry branch by 4pm using Pareclforce Express 24 delivery service which means your order should arrive next working day. Please note if your product is in stock at one of our other branches (Not Coventry) then these orders may take 2-5 days for delivery. Delivery is FREE on orders over 75.00 ex VAT.
We currently only deliver to Mainland UK, excluding Highands and Islands. A signature is required for all deliveries.
Where an item has an extended delivery time, this will be clear on the individual product page Parcelforce will let you know either by SMS or email that they have your parcel and will also give you an approximate time of delivery. Not going to be in? No problem. You will be able to reply to the Parcelforce notification where you can change delivery date, deliver to a neighbour or take to your local post office for collection. Light and Compact The HY3000CI converter design is so light and compact compared to conventional generators which are around 50% heavier and bulkier. This is a real bonus when lifting the generator in and out of your van or pickup truck. The HY3000Ci weighs 26.5kg compared to a conventional open frame 3kw generator weighing around 45kg.

When storing your generator for a long period of time, we recommended you either run the engine dry of fuel (run until the engine cuts out due to no fuel), or use a fuel additive to prevent the petrol from ‘going off’. Petrol, when left for long periods can congeal and clog the carburettor and cause issues starting your generator in the future.
