Hikoki tools come with a standard 3 year warranty from date of purchase. Hikoki offer an extended Hi5 warranty to 5 years when the tools* are registered within 28 days of purchase. As of November 2019, we no longer require registration to be completed for the 3 year warranty. In the event of a warranty claim all you need to do is complete a warranty return, but please note you must have your proof of purchase. If your tool was purchased prior to November 2019, you will need to quote your warranty registration number as well as providing your proof of purchase. Some batteries and tools are not eligible for the extended warranty. Delivery Methods

We use DPD for the majority of our deliveries. We aim to despatch 'IN STOCK' orders from our Coventry branch by 4pm using DPD next day delivery service which means your order should arrive next working day. Please note if your product is in stock at one of our other branches (Not Coventry) then these orders may take 2-5 days for delivery. Delivery is FREE on orders over 75.00 ex VAT.

We currently only deliver to Mainland UK, excluding Highands and Islands.
