Dewalt tools come with a standard 12 month warranty from date of purchase. Dewalt offer an extended warranty when the tools* are registered within 28 days of purchase.

In the unlikely event that your Dewalt tool develops a fault which is due to defective workmanship or materials, you should contact Dewalt on 01753 511234 option 1. Normally you will be directed to a local service agent but if you don't have one nearby and they will arrange free collection of your tool.

This warranty does not apply when Repairs have been made or attempted by unauthorised repairers. Repairs are required because of normal wear and tear. The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained. Alterations have been made to the tool. Please note you will be required to provide proof of purchase. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Methods

We use DPD for the majority of our deliveries. We aim to despatch 'IN STOCK' orders from our Coventry branch by 4pm using DPD next day delivery service which means your order should arrive next working day. Please note if your product is in stock at one of our other branches (Not Coventry) then these orders may take 2-5 days for delivery. Delivery is FREE on orders over 75.00 ex VAT.

We currently only deliver to Mainland UK, excluding Highands and Islands.
